I am going to let you in on a little secret... your emotions..? They’re normal. Not knowing how to deal with the, is also pretty normal. To know how to accept and deal with the rage, the happiness, excitement, sadness, glee, and confusion, you must know how to identify those emotions. You must know what you’re feeling in order to properly work through it all.

What is emotional health?

Right now, what are you feeling? Do you know what you are feeling? Happy? Sad? Confused? Angry? Anxious? It’s okay not to know what you are feeling. Sometimes people can’t express what they are feeling, they just can’t pin point their emotions. And THAT IS OK! We are all human and our brains work in a magical and sometimes very confusing way.
